Badger survey at Pendinas Local Nature Reserve

Guest update by Reserve Officer Chris Harris
A badger survey was carried out on the 12th May 2026 at Pendinas Local Nature Reserve. We met in the car park at Spencer’s Sheds and walked up the path, through Zig Zags and meadows. Badger activity was found, including paths and unused badger sets. We then walked to the other side of Pendinas, finding signs of badger activity, including unused and currently used badger sets. It’s great to work with Gretchen and the Ceredigion Badger Society, who care so much about the conservation of Badgers.
